The main objective of the project is to improve air purity in the District of Judges by reducing pollution into the atmosphere and increasing the energy efficiency of the building of the Municipal Office in Sędziszów. The project involves, among others, the comprehensive modernisation of the hot water system, warming of the walls, the construction of a warmed multi-slope roof in place of the existing ceiling for thermal modernisation of the building, replacement of the door carpentry, replacement of window joinery, installation of photovoltaic installations, air conditioning and ventilation with heat recovery (recuperation), modernisation of central heating, modernisation of lighting. INDICATORS: 1. Reduction of annual primary energy consumption in public buildings [kWh/year]- 142 567,50 2. Number of energy-renovated buildings – 1, 3. Estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions [tonnes] – 42.09 5. Amount of thermal energy saved [GJ/year] – 294,30 6. The amount of electricity saved – 10,35 MWh 7. Usable area of thermally upgraded buildings – 669,66 m² 8. Reduction of final energy consumption [GJ]- 357,48 The applicant undertakes to carry out an ex-post audit within 14 months of completion of the investment. The project’s objectives and planned for implementation of the action are in accordance with the specific objectives set for the 3 Priority Axis 2014 to 2020 and with the specific objectives of Action 3.3 Improving energy efficiency using renewable energy sources in the public and residential sectors. This project was included in the Low-Emission Economy Plan for the Municipality of Sędziszów for the years 2016-2023.
