The main objective of the project is a deep thermal modernisation of 6 public utility buildings in the Nowa Słupia Commune, i.e. the building of the former police station in Nowa Słupi for administration purposes, Kindergarten in Rudki, the Rudki Health Centre, the Rudki School Complex, the Rudki sports club building, the building for the cultural activity of the Świętokrzyskie Mountain Heritage Centre in Rudki. The project assumes (different range in each building) e.g. replacement of window and door carpentry, thermal insulation of buildings, works inside the building related to installation of heat recovery devices, modernisation of central heating installations, installation of air heat pump, installation of photovoltaic installations, etc. INDICATORS: (1) Estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions [CO2 equivalent tonnes] (CI 34) – 851,85, (2) The usable area of thermally upgraded buildings [m²] – 5300,20, (3) Reduction of annual primary energy consumption in public buildings [kWh/year] (CI 32) – 3 187 291,57, (4) Number of converted electricity generation units from RES [pc.] – 6, (5) Number of energy-enhancing buildings, 10383,6, (7) The amount of heat savings [GJ/year] – 9938,53, (8) The amount of electricity saved [MWh/year] – 76,75. The project’s objectives and planned for implementation of the action are in accordance with the specific objectives set for the 3 Priority Axis 2014 to 2020 and with the specific objectives of Action 3.3 Improving energy efficiency using renewable energy sources in the public and residential sectors. The municipality of Nowa Słupia will carry out an ex-post audit within 14 months of the completion of the investment.
