The subject of the project is a deep thermal modernisation of 6 -three educational establishments, subordinated to the commune and located in the city of Skarżysko-Kamienna. The facilities perform important social functions within the Strategic Intervention Area. The above-mentioned work will be carried out in: Kindergartens No. 4 and 6, Primary Schools No. 1, No. 5, No. 7, No 8, The project is linked to revitalisation activities. In the area covered by the GPR there is School No. 8. The project is part of the specific objective of action 3.3, investment priority 4c of WWW ROP for 2014-2020, i.e. increased energy efficiency of public buildings and the housing sector. The implementation of the project has a positive impact on the environment. Reducing energy consumption in buildings will improve air quality. For the project, the optimal option of implementing the project was chosen based on the results of the energy audit. It is planned mainly: insulation of external walls, ceilings, replacement of window and door carpentry and modernisation of heating system. Modernisation of the installation, which provides for: replacement of radiators, installation of thermostatic and sub-pipe valves. The facilities will be equipped with an energy management system – e.g. heat meters, weather temperature sensors. Implementation of the project from 2016-03-17 to 2018-09-30, construction works: from I to IIIQ 2018. As a result of the project, the estimated annual reduction in greenhouse gas emissions is 790.92 tonnes of CO2. Number of energy-upgraded buildings 6 units, usable area of buildings undergoing thermal modernisation 15040.17 m². All mandatory key outcome indicators are included in the project: the amount of thermal energy saved 7 367.99 GJ/year, reduction of final energy consumption as a result of the project 7 367.99 GJ/year, the amount of electricity saved. In addition, all horizontal output and result indicators are included in the project.
