The main objective of this project, which assumes a deep thermal modernisation of some common public buildings in Stąporków, is to increase the energy efficiency of these buildings. The work related to the project will include: insulation of external walls and walls in the ground, warming of ceilings, replacement of window and door carpentry and installation of photovoltaics, modernisation of central heating systems and stimulus systems. The project assumes the assembly of only new, unused elements. The owner of the buildings is the Municipality of Stąporków and its users of municipal units. This investment is part of the specific objective of ROP WWW 2014-2020 activities, i.e.: Increased energy efficiency of public buildings and the housing sector, Measure 3.3 Improving energy efficiency using renewable energy sources in the public and housing sectors, Priority Axis 3. Efficient and green energy, where there is a possibility to fund projects aimed at increasing the energy efficiency of multi-family housing. The project will be implemented during the period of: 10.2018-12.2019 Indicators: Amount of electricity saved: 70,28 MWh/year, The amount of thermal energy saved: 4981,21 GJ/year; Reduction of final energy consumption as a result of projects: 5640,37 GJ/year; Estimated annual reduction in greenhouse gas emissions: 381,16 tonnes of CO2 equivalent/year; Number of energy-efficient buildings: 2 pcs; Usable area of buildings undergoing thermal upgrade: 7930,58 m²; Reducing annual primary energy consumption in public buildings: 1922031,09 kWh/year; Number of RES generation units built: 2 pcs Number of built units of heat generation from RES: 3 pcs
