The main objective of the project is to increase the number of people using the sewage treatment system in the Bielina agglomeration. As a result of the investment, 182 inhabitants will be able to connect to sanitary sewers. The project activities shall include: 1. construction of sanitary sewage system in the village: Koszary’s Huta, Zofiówka and Bieliny Street. Forest, 2. purchase of network monitoring (SCAD), 3. purchase of geographical information system (GIS) for the management of sewage networks. A total of 1.95 km of network will be created within the project. The implementation of the project will contribute to: 1. solutions to the problems of wastewater management in the Bielina agglomeration, 2. protection of surface and groundwater against pollution (decommissioning of waste water and illegal direct discharges of waste water into the receiver), 3. protection of natural valuables located in the area of agglomeration and commune, 4. improvement of the aesthetic value of the region, 5. improvement of living conditions of residents of the municipality (increasing access to sanitary sewerage), 6. the extent of the availability of the diversity between areas and areas. Indicators: 1. The number of additional persons benefiting from improved waste water treatment – 182; 2. Length of built sanitary sewage system – 1.95 km. The objectives are in line with the specific objectives set for the 4 Priority Axis 2014 to 2020 and the specific objectives defined for Action 4.3. Water and sewage management. Increased proportion of the population using a waste water treatment system in accordance with the Urban Waste Water Directive. The project shall be compatible with: 1. ACPOŚK 2017 and Master Plan for the implementation of Council Directive 91/271/EEC on urban waste water treatment, 2. Environmental Protection Programme for Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship. Overall value of the project: 1 848 020.86 PLN including eligible expenditure 1 168 225,14 PLN, co-financing 934 580,11 PLN.
