The subject of the project is the adaptation of 2 buildings forming part of the protected prison complex, as part of the urban and landscape layout of the city inscribed in district 321 monuments for the needs of the new headquarters of TLiA “Kubuś”. It is the only professional puppet theatre in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship. Value of the project: 31 175 264.05 PLN, including eligible costs 23 289 026,18 PLN. Main scope of works: demolition of parts of buildings to increase the area of construction by approx. 300 m², theatrical technology with mechanics and acoustics, construction of 2 stages – small and large (for 205 seats), installation and connection works, thermal modernisation, renovation of the wall with tower, arrangement of the memorial site (SW pp. 16-22). General objective of the project: developing cultural identity and increasing the availability of cultural heritage resources of Świętokrzyskie voivodship by exploiting the potential of TLiA “Kubuś”. Specific objectives: 1.Improving the level of comfort and safety of viewers, actors and employees, as well as increasing the availability of the Theatre for people with disabilities, 2.Increasing the number of stationary performances performed by the Theatre at its headquarters. 3. Strengthen the image of Świętokrzyskie voivodship in terms of culture, tourism and education. The implementation of the project coincides with a number of national, regional and local strategies identified in SW pp. 56-59. Output indicators: number of landmarks supported -1pieces, number of cultural institutions supported – 1 pieces; number of facilities tailored to the needs of people with disabilities – 1 pieces, Number of projects which financed the cost of rational accommodation for people with disabilities -1 pieces.
