Bypass layout of the city of Włoszczowa – construction of the bypass of the city of Włoszczowa within the voivodeship road No. 786 together with the connection with the voivodeship road 742 and 785/Stage I – Włoszczowy ring road within DW 786/

Project implemented in the system design and build, located in Włoszczowa district in Włoszczowa commune. The construction of the Włoszczowa ring road – stage I – from the junction with Koniecpolska Street toPartyzantów Street (inclusion to the DW 786) provides for a connection of two voivodeship roads no. 786, 742 outside the city centre on its southern side. The length of the bypass m. Włoszczowa is approx. 7.42 km, long extension approx. It’s 2,27 miles. The designed surface load will be 115 kN/axle. The extended section of DW 742, together with the railway section, is a fragment of it covering ul. Jędrzejowska in Włoszczów. This street is an exit road from the town of Włoszczowa towards the south-east, leading to a further section of the DK78 – to Jędrzejów. Expenditure related to the extension of ul. Jędrzejowska is an ineligible cost. Technical parameters of the roads: C. GP and G, category KR-4/KR-5, width 7.0 m (2x3.5m), wide groundside improved 2x1.50m. Construction of the bypass surface: W-wa abrasive. with a mixture of SMA gr.4cm, w-wa binding with concrete asphalt. gr.12cm, base base from concrete asphalt. gr.8cm, substructure based on a mixture of unbound gr. 20 cm, support from a mixture of cement. gr. 20 cm, an improved substrate with a mixture of unbound gr. 40 cm). The project’s material scope includes: construction of engineering facilities (passes), bus bays, construction of exits to the property, construction of infr. for pedestrians and cyclists, dehydration, lighting, rain drainage, marking. The project is in line with the specific objective of Action 5.1 RPOWŚ road infrastructure 2014-2020 – Increased transport accessibility and improved safety of the regional road network complementary to TEN-T under investment priority 7b – Increasing regional mobility by linking secondary and tertiary nodes with TEN-T infrastructure, including multimodal nodes.
