The subject of the project is the purchase of two four-member railway vehicles with electric propulsion – electric traction units (EZT) designed to handle rail passenger services organised within the framework of statutory competences by the Marshal of Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship. The implementation of the project includes: development of feasibility studies, delivery of rolling stock with operator staff training and guarantee for at least 5 years, making (technical and final) receipts of the purchased rolling stock, external audit and carrying out project promotion. The project complies with the objectives of Thematic Objective 7 of the Partnership Agreement, Priority Axis 5 Investment Priority 7d RPOWŚ 2014-2020, Action 5.2 SZOOP 2014-2020. The main objective of the project is to increase transport accessibility and improve rail connections in the region by purchasing 2 Electric Traction Teams for passenger services in Świętokrzyskie voivodship. Specific objectives will also be achieved through the achievement of the main objective, i.e.: 1. Improving the quality of passenger rail connections in Świętokrzyskie voivodship through the purchase of two Electric Traction Teams. 2. Increase the availability of modern passenger rolling stock in Świętokrzyskie voivodship. The main indicators measuring the effects of this project will be: 1. Product Indicators: — number of projects which financed the costs of rational improvements for persons with disabilities – 1 units, – number of rolling stock units purchased – 2 units, – capacity of 800 persons purchased rolling stock units. 2. result indicators: — number of persons using purchased passenger cars 228 327 persons/year.
