The general objective of the project is to increase energy efficiency in the public utility sector in the Daleszyce Municipality by modernising and thermally modernising public buildings of the municipality and reducing emissions of harmful substances into the air through the use of RES. The project will be implemented in the “design and build” formula. The selected contractor of the investment will be responsible for preparing construction projects on the basis of the functional and usability concept. This way of carrying out the investment does not require the investor to have building permits at the grant application stage. These objectives will be achieved through the following indicators: products 1.
