The aim of the project is to increase the energy efficiency of three public buildings through the use of renewable energy sources, modernisation of central heating, warming of ceiling/floor and exterior walls, modernisation of ventilation, as well as replacement of window and door carpentry. The objectives of the project are in line with the objectives of priority 6 for the investment priority 4c – promoting energy efficiency of smart energy management and the use of renewable energy sources in public infrastructure, including in public buildings and the housing sector KOF. The project is implemented on the premises of the KOF and is on the list of projects planned to be implemented under the ZIT KOF Strategy for 2014-2020. The project is planned as a complete comprehensive energy modernisation of buildings, used as primary schools in Bolmin, Polichno and Starochęcina. Works include – warming of the facility, – replacement of windows and doors, – reconstruction of heating systems (installation of heat pumps with ground manifolds; installation of mechanical ventilation with heat recovery). Indicators: The amount of electricity saved 48 MWh/year; The amount of thermal energy saved 1687GJ/year; Reducing final energy consumption as a result of 1857GJ/year projects; Estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions [tonnes of 203,05CO2/year; Reducing annual primary energy consumption in public buildings 791858 kWh/year; Number of energy-renovated buildings 3pieces; Usable area of buildings undergoing a thermal upgrade of 5790.98 m².
