Thermal modernisation of public facilities in the municipality of Chęciny – Stage II

The aim of the project is to increase the energy efficiency of the public utility building through the use of renewable energy sources, modernisation of central heating, warming of ceiling/floor and exterior walls, modernisation of ventilation, as well as replacement of window and door carpentry. The objectives of the project are in line with the objectives of priority 6 for the investment priority 4c – promoting energy efficiency of smart energy management and the use of renewable energy sources in public infrastructure, including in public buildings and the housing sector KOF. The project is implemented on the premises of the KOF and is on the list of projects planned to be implemented under the ZIT KOF Strategy for 2014-2020. The project is planned as a complete comprehensive energy modernisation of the building, used as a primary school in Wolica. The works include – warming of the facility, – replacement of windows and doors, -change of mechanical ventilation system with heat recovery, --warming of the ceiling, – change of electrical installation, CO, water, sewage, -exchange of heating boiler from oil to gas, -air installation of heat pump, -change of lighting into led. Indicators: The amount of electricity saved 1,61 MWh/year; The amount of thermal energy saved 189GJ/year; Reducing final energy consumption as a result of 650GJ/year projects; Estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions of 59tonnes/CO2/year; Reducing annual primary energy consumption in public buildings 225538 kWh/year; Number of energy-renovated buildings 1pieces; Usable area of buildings undergoing a thermal upgrade of 705.18 m².
