The project includes investment tasks consisting of a comprehensive modernisation of street lighting covering 814 units of lighting lamps in the municipality of Daleszyce in the following locations: Daleszyce, Kranów, Niestachów, Suki, Mycza, Marzysz, Borków, Cells, Szczecno, Trzemosna, Słopiec, Danków, Smyków, Sieraków, Niwa, Cisów, Forks, and installation of lighting control system. Existing street lighting devices are energy-intensive devices, often assembled between 1980 and 1990. They do not have adequate safeguards required by the current standards for the required light source strength and energy demand. It is therefore necessary to replace lighting with modern energy-efficient lamps that reduce energy demand at the same time reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Project indicators will be: modernisation of street lighting including 814 pieces of lighting lamps; The amount of energy saved as a result of the project – 169,31 MWh/year; reduction of CO2 emissions per tonne of 169.30. The objectives of the project are in line with the objectives of the WWF ROP for the period 2014-2020 under the Axis priority axis "6. Urban Development" Investment Priority 4 e promoting low-carbon strategies for all types of territories, in particular for urban areas, including support for sustainable multimodal urban mobility and adaptation actions with mitigating impacts on climate change.
