The project focuses on the construction and modernisation of cycle paths in Kielce and the creation of a coherent system of roads for bicycles that are part of sustainable urban mobility. Increasing bicycle transport and abandoning part of the journey by car transport will reduce emissions of harmful substances into the air in the Kielce Functional Area. The project envisages: construction of bicycle paths with asphalt pavement pavement, reconstruction of pavements, exits, conflicting network of technical infrastructure, greenery, drainage for the bicycle path. Scope of work: construction work and promotion. The implementation of the project will complement and connect to existing infrastructure and connection with existing or built bicycle roads in neighbouring municipalities of KOF. The newly designed sections of bicycle roads will refer to the Bicycle Route in Eastern Poland. The project is part of strategic actions for ordering and developing the bicycle path system in KOF and confirms the translocal nature of the project.
