Construction of the Kielce Practical Training Centre for the economic growth of the Świętokrzyskie region

The subject of the project carried out in the City of Kielce in the period 04.01.16-30.09.20r. o Value.total 44 280 000zł is the construction and equipment of the Practical Training Centre. The terms of reference are: creation of a complex of teaching buildings with different functions including the development, purchase, installation and commissioning of laboratory equipment for practical training of the profession. The following indicators will be achieved in the implementation of the project: Number of supported vocational training facilities – 1, Number of facilities tailored to the needs of people with disabilities – 1, Potential covered by support for childcare infrastructure or educational infrastructure – 512 people. The aim is to increase accessibility to vocational training and to develop the educational potential of the City of Kielce and Kielce Functional Area through the creation of modern vocational education and lifelong education infrastructure for a group of 500 pupils and students by 2023. The specific objectives shall be: Improving the attractiveness and quality of vocational training by accessing students and students to a modern facility equipped with the latest teaching aids in line with the needs of the local labour market; Improving the situation in the Świętokrzyskie labour market with regard to the availability of skilled people in scarce occupations through cooperation with companies focused on smart regional specialisations. The effect of the project – making available a new infrastructure for 512 people (337 students of upper secondary schools and 175 listeners, adults). The objective of the project is in line with the objective for Priority Axis 6. Development of Polish cities for the years 2014-2020 and Measure 6.6 Educational and Training Infrastructure – ZIT KOF by increasing the availability of vocational education and lifelong learning infrastructure, as well as with objective 3 of the ZIT-KOF Strategy for the development of health, social and educational offer, including improving the quality of teaching for the years 2014-2020.
