The aim of the project is to implement the e-journal service as an electronic system supporting the education process and to pay attention to the need for more complete supervision of the progress of pupils.As part of the investment, a licence for e-journals, e-Secretariat software, a module for Territorial Local Government will be launched in 9 schools.These activities will be preceded by the purchase of ICT equipment and equipment necessary for the implementation of e-services. The planned e-services are aimed at residents of the municipality of Pawłów, as well as employees of the office.The launch of modern tools will allow for rapid exchange of information, secure data collection and sharing of digital content on the Internet. The implementation of the project is in line with the assumptions of the Priority Axis7Efficient public services of the Republic of Poland for the years 2014-2020 and the specific objective of Action 7.1 Development of e-society: Dissemination of the use of information and communication technologies in public services in particular in the health sector and public administration. Achieving the objectives of the project will contribute to the achievement of the product indicators and the results set out in the WWF ROP. Result indicators:Number of downloads/reproductions of documents containing public sector information-1500 pcs/year; Output indicators: Number of ICT systems deployed in entities performing public tasks-1 pcs; Number of entities that have made public sector information available online – 9 pcs; Number of applications based on re-use of public sector information and e-services-3 pcs; The number of public services made available online with a maturity of at least 4-transaction-2 pieces; Number of APIs created-2 pcs; Number of public services made available online with a degree of maturity 3-bilateral interaction-2 pieces.The applicant will implement the project within the deadline: 02.04.‘18-28.06.’19r.
