Implementation of innovative e-services in the municipalities of Suchednia, Bieliny and Górno

The project applicant shall be the Municipality: Bieliny (leader), two more partners participate in the project: Gmina Górno and the Municipality of Suchedniów – units from the districts complaining and Kielce. The project envisages 12 tasks to be carried out according to the timetable and will result in: 10 ICT systems 71 e-Services at min. 4 level of maturity No e-Services at 3 level of maturity The implementation is foreseen from: 15-09-2017 to 31-12-2019. The project will introduce e-services for individual JSTs: Bieliny 33; Upper 25; Suchedniów 13. In addition to the implemented systems and e-Services, it is planned to purchase equipment and launch a confirmation point of trusted profile in the municipalities of Bieliny and Górno. The main objectives shall be: making new e-services available; increase access to digital public sector information by units from Świętokrzyskie voivodship, Kielce and complain districts, i.e. The municipality of Bieliny, the Municipality of Suchedniów, the Municipality of Górno and enable residents to benefit from new public e-services. The specific objective is to improve the management and savings of administrative processes and services provided in these entities. In addition, the aim is to facilitate access for people with disabilities to public services and to enable them to participate actively in society. In the WWW ROP, among the expected results of the implementation are: “Promoting the use of information and communication technologies in public services in particular in the health sector and public administration. The achievement of the objectives by the beneficiaries contributes to achieving the above-mentioned results. The objectives of the project are in line with the specific objective of Priority Axis Investment Priority VII. “Efficient public services” Measure 7.1 “Development of e-society”. The achievement of the project’s objectives will be measured by means of a result indicator, i.e.: Number of downloads/reproductions of documents containing public sector information (pc/year)-660
