The project will adapt partners’ IT systems, mainly hospitals, to work requirements based on medical documentation in electronic form and enable them to transmit information on medical events to CSIOZ, in accordance with the requirements of the SIOZ Act, e-recept and e-direction services and the possibility of providing patients with electronic medical records. Due to the varying levels of partner infrastructure, ICT systems will be tailored to their hardware and software in a way that ensures and improves system continuity at level 4th class of IT availability in all units. The objectives of the project are in line with the objective of Action7.1 Development of RPO2014-2020 e-society and in line with the specific objectives of this priority axis: dissemination of the use of information and communication technologies in public services related to the public administration sector. It is planned to achieve the ability to make available medical records in accordance with the requirements of the SIOZ Act in time. It is planned to achieve 5 output indicators and 1 result, i.e.: Number of ICT systems deployed in entities performing public tasks, Number of public services made available on-line with a maturity of at least 4 – transaction, Number of entities that have made public sector information available online – target value for them is 20 pieces; The storage space of the server room-target value is 1200 TB; Number of public services made available on-line with maturity of 3 – Bilateral interaction with a target of 38 pieces; .. Number of downloads/reproductions of documents containing public sector information-the target value is 2000 pcs/year. The project will carry out 21 tasks.
