The aim is to support cancer prevention for early detection of cervical cancer by encouraging 4 000 K to study cervical cancer by 31.08.2019. The target group in the project is 4000 women working or inactive due to poor health, who learn, work or live in the Kielce Functional Area of working age, who are at an increased risk, which will be subject to screening for early detection of the disease (ages 25 to 59 years). In order to increase the complexity and efficiency of the offered services, the project will also be addressed indirectly to 360 men and to 100 doctors of primary healthcare (58K/42M), 120 nurses/Midwives and 200 (104K/96M) so-called “local leaders” (jst, business, NGO, ZOZ, parish). The activities are: awareness-raising through educational and information activities (information and education meetings: prevention, hygiene, care; Informing family physicians about the program. profile.; raising awareness of the role of a man in a woman’s intimate health; conferences, etc.); increasing accessibility to preventive research (providing care for dependants, reimbursement of travel expenses, provision of transport for research); conducting a media campaign (radio, regional press, Internet, billboards, etc.).
