Skills of the welder as an asset in the labour market

The main objective of the project is to obtain or supplement knowledge, skills and professional qualifications in the period III.2018-II.2020 in the welding profession by TIG or MAG method tailored to the needs of 90 adults (min.3K,87M)inhabiting districts of complaint,opathy, Ostrowsze, Konecki and Kielce voivodeships Świętokrzyskie together with formal confirmation by min.95 % of 90 persons(min.3K,83M) to obtain qualifications in the case of the weld. Target groups: adults aged 18 years and over(90 persons, including min.3K,87M), living in the counties of complaints,opathy, Ostrowiecki, Konecki and Kielce voivodeships of Świętokrzyskie voivodship, who are interested in acquiring, supplementing or improving professional competences or qualifications on their own initiative. The main actions. The support consists of two types of training: TIG welder course. MAG welder course. Both courses completed by an external examination and the possibility of obtaining the certificate(s) of the welder qualification examination. Implementation of support with employers and individual needs of participants. Amount of co-financing: 340 887,75, own contribution: 50 937.25 PLN Period and area of implementation of the project: 01.03.2018-29.02.2020,powaty,opathy, Ostrowiecki, Konecki and Kielce voivodship of Świętokrzyskie voivodship
