The aim of the project is to create an easily accessible system of institutions providing family support services for eligible persons rather than using existing forms. Within the framework of the Project in powiats, the worst access to social services will be created 36 yards (SP). Direct support will be provided to 540 children (297K and 243M) aged 6-18 years in the voivodship, fulfilling at least one of the conditions set out in Article 7(7). “Social Assistance” in particular at risk of social exclusion, due to family dependence or insufficiency and 150 families in areas covered by the Strategic Intervention Area. Blindness, acting on the basis of the norms of supporting the family and foster care, will create favourable conditions for the correct development of the personality of children and young people, while supporting the family bonds of BO. Classes based on Scout Educational Methodship conducted in natural places of youth in the deformed structure of 10-15 people groups and individually by the use of active educational forms, supporting, among others, the development of artistic expression and social skills, will constitute an important factor eliminating the negative effects of environmental pathologies. The programme of the MPC is at the level of primary prevention (WHO classes) and alternative strategies (cf.:www.parpa.pl) and fully implements the Community Social Policy Strategy. The HR staff will be experienced educators and ZHP volunteers with the competences indicated in the “supporting...” The recruitment process took into account the issues of gender cultural schemes. At the same time, the system of team activities used in the SPA, through the interchangeability of roles in the group, leads to the breaking of gender stereotypes. Implementation of all tasks of the project will not duplicate stereotypes, guarantee equal access to every BO, including persons with disabilities.
