The proper absorption of structural funds is linked to the implementation of projects geared to the smooth functioning of the management system. A priority in this area is to ensure the appropriate administrative capacity of the entities involved in the absorption of structural measures. Projects planned for implementation under the action will primarily lead to the strengthening of the relevant staff, participating in the management and implementation of the Programme, as well as the equipping of workplaces and improving the qualifications of persons involved in the implementation of the RPOWS 2014-2020
