The purpose of spending funds under Measure 11.2 is to strengthen the administrative capacity of entities participating in the implementation of RPOWŚ 2014-2020. Under Measure 11.2, expenditure related to employment of staff involved in the implementation of RPOWS 2014-2020, improvement of qualifications, implementation of the system of motivation of employees and costs of delegations and missions of employees will be implemented. In addition, it is planned to support the project selection process, e.g. the remuneration of external experts and the costs of monitoring the implementation of projects on the spot (costs of missions of staff of the ESF Department of Inspection). Action 11.2 will also cover organisational and administrative costs, purchases of equipment and equipment for employees involved in the implementation of RPOWS 2014-2020.
