The project’s applicant is Górowo Iławeckie Municipality. The general objective of the project is to improve the implementation of matters of a public nature by digitising administrative processes on the territory of the municipality. The project envisages the following tasks/steps: — Development of application documentation – Project Management – Launch of e-services for residents – Purchase of necessary IT equipment and software – Promotional measures As a result of the above steps, the capacity of Górowo Iławeckie Municipality to carry out public tasks on-line, digitise its resources and make public information available will be increased. The project complies with the Priority Axis 3 – Digital Region defined in SZOOP RPO WiM, i.e. strengthening the use of ICT in publ services, through the development of e-services of the publ sector, providing information from the publ sector. 14 e-services with high repeatability and high level of maturity will be implemented. New ICT systems will be launched: — Central Platform of the Resident E-Services – electronic system of document circulation, and the domain system will be modernised. The website of the Office will be adapted to WCAG 2.0 standards and the documentation of the Information Security Management System will be developed. The systems will support the implementation of public tasks by the Municipality of Górowo Iławeckie and will have a positive impact on the broadening of customers’ access to information and resources of the municipal office. The project will use the functionality of the national ePUAP platform. Thanks to the implementation of the project, the number of official matters dealt with electronically by the target group of the project – citizens and business from Górowo Iławeckie commune will increase, so that administrative processes of the commune will be streamlined and the official duties on the clients of the office will be simplified.
