The subject of the project is comprehensive computerisation of Olsztyn county in the area of geodesy and cartography. The project plans to implement the following scope of the project: Stage I. Delivery of applications expanding Poviat Geoportal with new functionalities and e-services and implementation of a comprehensive PZGiK Stage II system. Complementing the EGiB base and establishing GESUT and BDOT500 databases The stages of project implementation: —submission of an application for DOF. —signing of the DOF agreement. — selection of contractors/contractors -conclusion of contract -implementation of works/implementations: Stage I and Stage II – completion of the project and signing of the final protocol -final project settlement. Method of implementation in kind: —conclusion of the contract -implementation of works/implementation -final reception and signing of the protocol. The project is part of the assumptions entered in the Polish Academy of Sciences Thematic Objective 2 – Increasing the availability, level of use and quality of information and communication technologies (ICT). The development of services provided by public institutions, including e.g. self-government administration, is a challenge in the 2014-2020 programming period. It requires the development and implementation of electronic tools to inform the circulation of documents and data and to conduct administrative procedures via the Internet.
