Digital Olsztyn

The “Digital Olsztyn” project is another step in the development of the IT infrastructure of the Olsztyn Municipality (Olsztyn City Office) and subordinated units for new system, application and hardware solutions, ensuring the possibility of implementing quality new electronic public services, supporting the implementation of statutory tasks falling within the competence of the Olsztyn Commune. Within the framework of the project, the applicant will carry out the following tasks: Implementation of the Public Procurement Platform, Implementation of the Integrated Financial Platform, Establishment of the Centre for Shared Information Services, Performing e-educational services, Purchase of e-Government services, Upgrading the level of existing services by adding online payments, Central counterparty file, Integration of services with the service of the SOA/ESB data rail, training, Purchase of 6 efficient physical servers, Purchase of 12 licenses of Avamar DPS, expansion of the system The project fits into the assumptions enshrined in the SzOOP RPOWWM Thematic Objective 2 – Increasing the availability, use and quality of information and communication technologies (ICT). The development of services provided by public institutions, including e.g. self-government administration, is a challenge in the 2014-2020 programming period. It requires the development and implementation of electronic tools to inform the circulation of documents and data and to conduct administrative procedures via the Internet.
