E-Government in Olsztyn County

The project consists of building e-government solutions in the Olsztyn district and is important for the development of the information society and the development of a regional model of electronic administration in the voivodship. Project activities: implementation of e-service platform, implementation of sys. EZD, sys. back-office PSD, modernisation of the building’s network infrastructure – passive and active part, supply of network security devices with configuration, server room equipment, computer equipment, personnel training. All work will be carried out within the following stages: preparatory work (SIWZ, sub-contracts), implementation (IT development, supervision, training and promotion), protocols, settlement of the project. Modernisation is necessary so that the project’s effects can be used by the largest group of recipients, both employees of district units and clients. The Office will be equipped with servers, matrix and computer sets. The implementation of EZD will allow users to receive electronic documents and process them by employees. This system will organise the circulation of the office, increase the efficiency and quality of the work of officials, and contribute to the transparency of work. The e-service platform will enable the launch of electronic services, e.g. filling out forms, signing them with trusted profiles, sending them to the office, and receiving feedback on the process of handling the matter. Services will be available to all interested citizens and entrepreneurs. The applicant shall make public sector information available through the API including: transport, environmental, geospatial data. All elements of the project fully implement the assumptions specified in the SZOOP and fit into the project type: e-Government – simplify and informatise user-oriented procedures and electronic resource management and public sector information; among others, the project will provide e-services (min. level 3) and public sect inf. training.
