The subject of the project is to improve the energy efficiency of 5 public buildings located in Olsztyn, i.e. Zad.1: Workshop of Occupational Therapy (ul. Baltic 45), Zad.2: Municipal kindergarten No. 14 (ul. Kłosowa 23a), Zad.3: A team of Mech Schools. It’s the energy. (ul. Piłsudski 61), Zad.4: General Education School No. 1 (ul. Małków 3) and Zad.5: School of Building Schools (ul. 15. Soldier. These buildings do not meet the requirements of thermal insulation, hence the thermal modernisation works will be carried out: Zad.1: modernisation of central and central heating, roof warming, moss ventilation with heat recovery, wall warming, replacement of windows and doors, warming of floors and walls on the ground. Zad 2: interior interior, replacement of windows in the basement, warming of exterior and ceiling walls, replacement of doors. Zad 3: insulation of the roof, exterior walls including ground walls, warming of floors on the ground, replacement of windows and doors, installation of ventilation with recuperation, replacement of central heating installations, installation of photovoltaic equipment. Zad.4: warming of foundation and cellar walls, external walls, pedestals, modernisation of central and central heating, installation of solar collectors. Part of the work carried out in 2015 was not included in the project. Zad.5: replacement of inst. central heating, installation of batteries, replacement of central heating system and heat node for compact, installation of heating with heat pump integrated with GWC, mechanical ventilation with recuperation and GWC, wall warming and ceiling, door replacement. Energy-efficient lighting will be replaced in all buildings. The project will also carry out other repair works ineligible, not related to the improvement of thermo-modernisation. The project fits into the SZOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020 because it consists of a comprehensive energy modernisation of buildings using publ. The municipality of Olsztyn together with the exchange of heat sources and the use of renewable energy sources.
