Energy modernisation of the administrative building of the Olsztyn District at 5 Bema Square in Olsztyn

Olsztyn The project provides for the execution of the following construction works: Within the framework of the quaval: —Installation of passive power battery – Replacement of window and door carpentry – Warming of the facade-Starostwo – Warming of the ceiling over the passage – Warming of the cellar ceiling – Warming of full ceiling -Hotification of ventilated ceiling – repair of the entrance from the side of the inside square. —assembly of additional radiators in office pom. -Installation of PV as part of the edition: —Reconstruction of the main switchboard – luminaires III p., Ip. —The warming of the façade-local. a detailed description of the works is included in the SW and the financial harm. Stages of project implementation: —submission of an application for DOF. —signing of the DOF agreement. —selection of contractors/contractors -conclusion of the contract -implementation of works/accounts of expenditure incurred in the years 2015-2016 and 2017-2019 – completion of the project and signing of the final minutes -final settlement of the project method of implementation in kind: —conclusion of the contract -implementation of works/accounts of expenses incurred in the years 2015-2016 and 2017-2019 – final acceptance and signing of the protocol. 4, specific objective: Increased energy efficiency in public buildings. The investment in question aims to improve the efficiency of the Starostwo building. The planned work fits into the types of projects to be implemented and implements the indicators set for implementation.
