The project’s applicant is the Municipality of Barczewo. The project will include the thermal modernisation of the Town Hall buildings in the Barczewo Municipality. The project envisages the following tasks: 1. Replacement of windows and exterior doors of the building, 2. Warming of the roof of the tenement house, 3. Thermal insulation of the foundation walls, 4. Refurbishment of central heating systems. A detailed technical description is included in the accompanying design documentation. Stages of project implementation: —submission of the application for funding – signing of the grant agreement – selection of the contractor in accordance with the PZP -conclusion of the contract with the contractor and commencement of works – implementation of works according to the established schedule – completion of the project and signing of the final protocol -final settlement of the project The implementation of the project is in line with the objectives set out in the SZOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020 for priority axis 4 Energy efficiency, action 4.3 Completion of buildings, energy modernisation Increased energy efficiency of public buildings.
