The subject of the project is to improve the energy efficiency of 2 public buildings located in Olsztyn, i.e. butt. 1: Construction Schools Team (Z Soldierska Street 15), Zad. 2: Municipal kindergarten No. 2 (Fybaki Street26). These buildings do not meet the requirements of thermal insulation, hence the thermo-motor works will be done.:Zad.1: Scope of eligible works related to the improvement of thermo-modernisation: installation of the ground heat exchanger and pump for the exchanger, production of wall insulation and roof coverings, metalworking and roofing, replacement of window and door joinery, construction of a blindfold at the building, forged for mechanical ventilation, dismantling of existing electrical installation, installation of new electrical installation, installation of lighting installation, installation of switchgears, electrical measurements, modernisation of central heating system, installation of ventilation system. The scope of the costs was ineligible: execution of external cable networks with call lighting, construction works related to the accessibility of the building for disabled people, removal of coal chute, construction of lintels, removal of debris, installation of photovoltaic installations, installation of wall sockets, lightning installation with measurements, water-channel. Zad 2: Scope of eligible works related to the improvement of thermometers: insulation of cellar and foundation walls as well as walls, masonry, warming of the attic, including roof, installation of a new electrical installation. Scope of the costs of works non-qualified: installation of steel bars, replacement of floor tiles, removal and removal of debris, replacement of roof construction elements, dismantling and assembly and delivery of systemic attic stairs, replacement of the door table. The project fits in with SZOOP RPO WiM2014-2020, as it consists of a comprehensive energy modernisation of pub buildings, together with the use of renewable sources, reduces primary energy consumption and heat demand.
