The project concerns improving sustainable mobility and increasing energy efficiency in Olsztyn by undertaking comprehensive investments for collective transport (reconstruction of ul. Jagiellońska with the construction of buspas, bus bay, separation of bicycle paths and pavements) and reconstruction of lighting along the designed second tram line. It is part of sub-measure 4.4.1 Ecomobile MOF (ZIT Olsztyn). It pursues the goal of the theme. 4. Supporting the transition to a low carbon economy in all sectors, investment priority 4e. Promote low-carbon strategies for all territories, in particular for urban areas, including the promotion of sustainable, multimodal urban mobility and adaptation actions with mitigation impacts on climate change. The project consists of 2 tasks: Task 1. Reconstruction of St. Jagiellońska on the section from the intersection with ul. Limanowski and Sibiraks to Hanki Sawicka Street: — reconstruction of road pavement structure with adaptation to load transfers for forecast traffic volumes, reconstruction of exits, crossroads within the road lane, pavements, construction of bicycle and bicycle lines, construction of a bus bay, extension of rainwater drainage throughout the rebuilt section, reconstruction of road lighting, collisions with equipment under and above ground (electricity, telecommunications, gas, water systems). Task 2. Construction and conversion of lighting into energy-efficient under the project "Construction of a tram line within streets: Piłsudski, Wyszyński, Sons of the Regiment, Krasicki, Wilczyński do Os. Pieczewo in Olsztyn": — construction of street lighting, dismantling of existing lighting, accompanying work.
