The aim of the project is to increase the employability of unemployed people over the age of 29 in the Steering District. The project will be implemented in the period from 1 January 2015 to 30 June 2016. The objectives of the project will be achieved through the professional activation of 197 unemployed people, based on the implementation of the following services and labour market instruments: 1) training leading to the acquisition or completion of professional qualifications or competences and entrepreneurship knowledge – 27 persons, 2) traineeships allowing to gain professional experience – 40 persons, 3) subsidisation of employment in the framework of intervention work – 67 persons, 4) refund of the costs of retrofitting the job – 34 persons, 5) grants for starting a business activity – 32 persons, including 3 persons after completion of the entrepreneurship training project. The project will include persons over the age of 29, registered as unemployed at the District Labour Office in Szczytno, belonging to at least one of the following categories of persons: — long-term unemployed – min.80 people, – disabled – min.8 people, – persons over the age of 50 – min.10 people, – women – min.116 people, – low-skilled persons – min.114 people. The project will result in employment or self-employment by at least 38 % of project participants not eligible for any of the following target groups and by: — min.12 % of disabled project participants, – min. 30 % of long-term unemployed participants of the project, – min. 31 % of participants with low-skilled projects.
