The aim of the project is to increase the employability of unemployed people aged 30 years and above in the Steering District. The project will be implemented in the period from 1 January 2019 to 30 June 2020. The objectives of the project will be achieved through the professional activation of 233 unemployed people, based on the implementation of the following services and labour market instruments: 1) training leading to the acquisition or completion of qualifications or professional competences – 31 persons, 2) traineeships to gain professional experience – 38 persons, 3) subsidisation of employment in the framework of intervention work – 144 persons, 4) refund of the costs of retrofitting the job – 20 persons, 5) grants for starting a business – 25 persons. More than one form of support will cover 25 people. The project will include persons aged 30 and over (from the 30th birthday), registered as unemployed at the District Labour Office in Szczytno, belonging to at least one of the following categories of persons: — long-term unemployed – min. 59 people, – persons with disabilities – min. 10 people, – older people aged 50 years and over – min. 24 people, – women – min. 119 people, – low-skilled persons – min. 140 people. The project will result in employment or self-employment by at least 45 % of project participants.
