The aim of the project is to increase the employability of unemployed people over the age of 29 in the Steering District. The project will be implemented in the period from 1 January 2016 to 31 December 2016. The objectives of the project will be achieved through the professional activation of 164 unemployed people, based on the implementation of the following services and labour market instruments: 1) training leading to the acquisition or completion of professional qualifications or competences and entrepreneurial knowledge – 26 persons, 2) traineeships enabling to gain professional experience – 40 persons, 3) subsidisation of employment in the framework of intervention work – 60 persons, 4) refund of the costs of retrofitting the job – 26 persons, 5) grants for starting a business activity – 23 persons, including 11 persons after completion of entrepreneurship training or vocational training as part of the project. The project will include persons over the age of 29, registered as unemployed at the District Labour Office in Szczytno, belonging to at least one of the following categories of persons: — long-term unemployed – min.71 people, – disabled – min.10 people, – persons over the age of 50 – min.11 people, – women – min.88 people, – low-skilled persons – min.85 people. The project will result in employment or self-employment by: — min. 28 % of project participants aged 50 years and over – min. 34 % of women, – min. 28 % of disabled project participants, – min. 25 % of long-term unemployed project participants, – min. 33 % of project participants with low qualifications.
