The aim of the project is to increase the employability of unemployed people aged 30 years and above in the Steering District. The project will be implemented in the period from 1 January 2018 to 30 June 2019. The objectives of the project will be achieved through the professional activation of 253 unemployed people, based on the implementation of the following services and labour market instruments: 1. training leading to the acquisition or completion of professional qualifications or competences and entrepreneurship knowledge – 47 persons, 2) traineeships to gain professional experience – 29 persons, 3) subsidisation of employment in the framework of intervention work – 155 persons, including 3 persons who will be covered by intervention work after completion of a job placement, and 1 person who will be covered by intervention work after completion of training under the project, 4) reimbursement of the costs of retrofitting the job placement – 20 persons, in which 1 persons will be recruited, including 5 persons in the field of entrepreneurship in the field of entrepreneurship – 47 persons, 2) traineeships capable of gaining professional experience – 3) subsidisation of employment in the framework of intervention work – 155 persons, including 3 persons who will be covered by intervention work after completion of a job placement in the course of the job, and 1 person who will be covered by the intervention work after completion of the training under the project, 4) reimbursement of the costs of retrofitting the job – 20 persons, in which 1 persons will be employed, in which 5 persons will be paid for the training in the field of employment in the course of the project. The project will include persons aged 30 and over (from the 30th birthday), registered as unemployed at the District Labour Office in Szczytno, belonging to at least one of the following categories of persons: — long-term unemployed – min. 64 people, – persons with disabilities – min. 12 people, – older people aged 50 years and over – min. 32 people, – women – min. 128 people, – low-skilled persons – min. 153 people. The project will result in employment or self-employment by at least 47 % of project participants.
