Course, work, activity

The aim of the project is to strengthen employment opportunities on the labour market of a group of 326 inhabitants of the Olsztyn subregion (powiats: Bartoszycki, Ketrzyn, Lidzbarski, Mrągowski, Nidzicki, Olsztyn and Olsztyn, Górski) aged 30+, who are unemployed. The target group will include both unemployed (registered and unregistered) and inactive persons (min. 30 % of the total). The main focus will be on supporting low-skilled and long-term unemployed. The project envisages a comprehensive and customised approach to each participant, offering a wide range of forms of support (from career guidance and individual career paths, through courses and training allowing them to acquire qualifications and qualifications or qualifications or competences, to placements in enterprises, to intermediation of work and employment for at least 40 % of participants). The project will be completed in December 2019.
