The aim of the project is to prolong at least 173 out of 288 people (115M and 173 K) who were dismissed for reasons relating to the workplace within a period not longer than 6 months before the date of entry into the project, persons scheduled for dismissal and persons at risk of dismissal due to reasons relating to workplaces living in the Elbl±sk subregion, supported by the project, 2 training paths, involving 232 persons and a grant path in which 56 people will participate. The project provides for a comprehensive and individualised approach to each participant, offering a wide range of forms of support. Each participant will be covered by at least 2 support instruments under the following tasks: 1.Activisation path – for all project participants (288os): 6h/person, work on the IPD in Wed.4h/person for the training path and 2h/person for the student’s grant path 2.Training, internship and studies: in the course of the period of work, one-off period of employment-for 56 persons,there is at least one-fifth period of training before the granting of the grants- 10h/person, one-time grants for the investment-for 56 persons, to find the prosthetic assistance at the stage of pro-activist activity-10h/h. The aim of these activities will be employment/self-employment or continuation of employment, thus May 173 student project.
