The project is addressed to 272 inhabitants of the Olsztyn subregion, including 66K and 124M dismissed for reasons relating to the workplace in a period not longer than 6 m before the date of accession of the project and 28K and 54M provided for or threatened with dismissal, for the reasons of the workplace. In particular, support will be given to young people (30-) or older (45+) and/or low-educated people, and men whose situation on the local labour market is much worse. The aim of the project is to counteract the negative effects of restructuring processes in the Olsztyn sub-reg. by maintaining at least 150 of the 272 persons covered by the training, advisory and grant support (outplacement) support until VII.2018. In the period V.2016-VII.2018 the following tasks are foreseen: 1.Monitoring of the labour market – includes activities aimed at continuous market monitoring, servicing the persons eligible for the project, directing them on an appropriate path and following its follow-up to monitoring the employment/self-employment of participants; 2.Training path for 200 people. — by identifying needs and diagnosing the possibilities of a participant in the context of market needs, personalised training and advisory support, together with work, is provided, contributing to a smooth return to the labour market; 3.A grant path for 72 people. — allowing to acquire competence in starting and running a business and preparing an application for financial support with the possibility of obtaining grants for the establishment of a company (for 64 persons) and advice on the content of the first 12 months; contributing to the following results after leaving the programme: — taking up work or continuing employment by at least 150 people, taking up work or self-employment by at least 95 people joining the project as non-workers, -acquisition or upgrading of professional qualifications in the project by 160 persons.
