The aim of the project is to strengthen employment opportunities on the labour market of a group of 263 inhabitants of the Olsztyn subregion (powiats: Bartoszycki, Kętrzyn, Lidzbarski, Mrągowski, Nidzicki, Olsztyn and Olsztyn, Górski) who remain unemployed as a result of fresh (up to 6 months) dismissal by the workplace or threatened with dismissal (during notice). The target group will include both unemployed (registered and unregistered) as well as inactive persons, as well as workers in the final period of employment. The project envisages a comprehensive and individualised approach to each participant, offering a wide range of forms of support – including training path (from professional guidance and establishing an individual path to further careers, through courses and training allowing to acquire qualifications and qualifications or professional competences, to traineeships in enterprises, to intermediation of work and employment) and grant (preparation for doing business and providing financial support for establishing it – up to PLN 25,000 per year – and start-up – for the first month).
