The project consists of: — ensuring and maintaining at an appropriate level the human resources necessary for the implementation of the WiM 2014-2020 ROP; — ensuring that workers are constantly upgrading their professional qualifications through participation in different forms of vocational training; — providing support for the implementation of the Technical Assistance of the RPO WiM 2014-2020; — securing the right conditions for carrying out tasks by equipping workstations.
