The project consists of a thermal modernisation of 3 public utility buildings in the Municipality of Chodzież between 10.12.2015 and 15.12.2017. 7 tasks are planned to fulfil the obligations of the beneficiary in terms of information and promotion in accordance with the guidelines and to achieve the main project objective defined as improving the energy efficiency of public utility buildings in Chodzieża:1. Preparation of application documentation (129 150 PLN),2. Thermomodernisation of Primary School No. 3 in Chodzieża (2 550 507,57 PLN),3. Thermal Modernisation of the Municipal High School in Chodzieża (4 784 052.09 PLN),4. Thermomodernisation of Municipal Kindergarten No. 5 in Chodzieża (1 096 403,20 zł),5. Information and promotion activities (11 808 PLN),6. Project management (PLN 43,050),7. Investor supervision (PLN 240 884.66).The names reflect the scope of activities to be taken within individual tasks. The tasks related to thermomodernisation include preparation of design documentation and carrying out construction works in individual buildings in the “Design and Building” mode. The construction works include, depending on the building, the replacement of window and door carpentry, insulation of walls, roof and facade of buildings, exchange of heat sources, modernisation of central heating system, replacement of lighting installation. The project includes the installation of RES installations in the form of solar installations and solar collectors on the Municipal High School building. Project costs: 8 855 855.52 PLN.The implementation of the tasks will allow the achievement in 2017 of product indicators:- number of energy-modernised buildings – 3 pieces,- additional capacity to generate heat from renewable sources – 0.04 MWt,- number of built units of heat generation from RES – 1 units,- usable space of buildings undergoing thermal modernisation – 11480,24 m²,- number of modernised heat sources – 1 pieces.
