The city’s priority for environmental protection is to reduce emissions of harmful gases and dust entering the atmosphere and increase the energy efficiency of buildings. This project achieves this goal through the thermal modernisation of 2 public buildings in Ostrów Wlkp., i.e.: Um and the Session Hall.Project products planned to achieve will be: — number of energy-renovated buildings – 2 units in 2019 – number of electricity generation units built from RES – 1 units in 2019; — usable area of thermally modernised buildings – 4822.1 m² in 2019 – additional capacity to generate electricity from renewable sources:0.0168 MWe.The scope of the project includes, among others, the following works:1. In the UM building: — insulation of external walls and roof,- production of photovoltaic installation,- execution of heating system during transition periods, – production of mechanical ventilation and ventilation.2. In the building of the Session Hall:- partial replacement of window and door carpentry,- insulation of external walls and roof,- execution of mechanical ventilation and ventilation ventilation,- reconstruction of suspended ceiling and lighting installation, as well as supply of ventilation control panelsThe exact scope of construction works of the project is presented in Annex No.15 and 16.The scope of works has been chosen to reduce the demand for heat energy and the subsequent thermal energy needed to heat the buildings, the construction of the buildings. The project will improve the energy quality of buildings, as well as ergonomics of workplaces in the UM, i.e., both winter and summer, the building will have the right temperature in the working environment, creating the so-called optimal capacity to carry out the tasks entrusted to UM staff effectively. This will also translate into the comfort of citizens dealing with official matters. The carrying out of the above-mentioned works will result in a certain ecological effect – achieving the result indicators described in point. 3.5.2.
