The aim of the project is to build a road for bicycles with the B &R infrastructure and lighting to improve the accessibility of publ communication and the development of low-carbon mobility of residents. The project consists of 3 components enabling the creation of a coherent system of cycling infrastructure in Tarnowo Podgórne, which reduces CO2 emissions by increasing the share of bicycle transp instead of motor vehicle on the ground: 1. Construction of a bicycle path length of 551.31 m with lighting on the street. 27 December in Tarnów Podgórny, allowing the closure of the cycle line with a missing section, providing access to interchange centres from residential areas located in its vicinity 2. Creation of an integrated interchange centre B&R in Swadzim and Rumiank. There will be covered bus shelters for about 10 people waiting for the bus along with parking points of 10 bicycles under the covered world. Within the B&R centre in Swadzim, 2 passenger information boards will be installed, by which passengers will obtain timetable information and current messages 3. A campaign to promote the transport of publ and bicycles to encourage more frequent use of collective and bicycle transport as a basic means of movement within the municipality. A number of differentiated promotional and information activities are planned from information materials to eco-cycle cycles Supplement of cycle lines with the missing section will streamline and shorten the journey time to the B &R points, improve ap. The installation of ITS boards will improve the availability of publ transport. Interchange centres will contribute to the integration of various modes of transport, cycling and public transport. The campaign will start a change in the habits of commuting residents. Such a comprehensive approach will ultimately contribute to choosing a bicycle rather than a car in daily commuting, school or publ facilities.
