The revitalisation project of the palace and park complex in Jankowice assumes the adaptation of the classicist palace entered into the register of monuments together with the development of the site for the purposes of the Local Government School of Music and Municipal Culture Centre on plot no. 231 with an area of 186300,00 m², owned by the Municipality of Tarnowo Podgórne. The building is a classicist palace, originally in the style of a palace-will, representing romantic classicism, built after 1803 for Lorenzo Engeström and his wife Rozalia of Boys by the Berlin architect David Gilly or his studio. The project is located in Wielkopolska Voivodship, Poznań County, Tarnowo Podgórne commune, in Jankowice. In the framework of the project of adaptation of the public utility facility entered in the register of monuments is planned:-production of documentation necessary for carrying out works,-conservation and supervision inspector,-conducting construction and maintenance works in the Palace,-use of land use,-electric work,-lighting of the land-works,-installation (water-channel, sanitary, ventilation),-works in the field of acoustics,-vocation-fontan. 1 landmarks supported and 1 facility tailored to the needs of people with disabilities.
