The subject of the project is the reconstruction of the existing provincial road No. 196 in the Czerwonak building (ul. Gdyńska) on the border of the city to the exit to the Central Sewage Treatment Plant in Koziegłów with a total length of reconstructed roadway about 1.177 km. The investment consists of changing the road section from the current two-lane road to two-way lanes of 2 lanes on each road. The project plans to: reconstruction of 2 road crossings – from ul. Sand and St. Poznań’s junctions of ordinary and scanned intersections of the roundabout type, construction of traffic lights on a designed pass for pedestrians and cyclists located on the section between the junction with the street. Sand and a designed exit to the Central Sewage Treatment Plant, construction of a service road (between ul. Poznañska and Sandowa) providing service to the property adjacent to the street. Gdynia and cycling and pedestrian traffic (with separation of contraband for bicycles width 1.5 m and pavement width of 1.5 m), construction of 3 bus bays, pavements, bicycle roads, foot and bicycle tracks, road safety equipment, rainwater drainage, road lighting, technological channel, reconstruction or protection of all collisions with foreign devices, construction and reconstruction of slides, construction of resistance walls and screens are implemented at the level of the project. — length of reconstructed voivodship roads approx. 1.177 km, – number of built or reconstructed junctions – 2 units, – number of built or reconstructed bus bays – 3 pieces. Within the eligibility costs, the project can distinguish: updating project documentation and feasibility study, part of the compensation amounts for land acquired, construction works, investor supervision and project promotion. Ineligible costs are project documentation, part of compensation amounts for land taken over, functional-use programme and VAT on rainwater drainage.
