The project is aimed at 225 unemployed and inactive people over the age of 29. The project will support the long-term unemployed, women, people with disabilities, low-skilled people and 50+. The project will be implemented in the districts of Jarocin, Poznań, Poznañ, Pilecki, Śrem, Śrem and Wrzesiński.The aim of the project is to integrate non-working people into the professional environment and educate through diverse activating activities tailored to their individual needs.Each participant will receive individual support from a professional advisor, which will result in a selection of support paths tailored to the needs and capabilities of the participant. Everyone will be able to benefit from one or more forms of support specified in the project.The participant will be able to acquire new qualifications or professional competences by participating in courses and trainings that are compatible with current labour market needs and which allow them to function more efficiently in their professional life.The selected participants will be able to acquire new or update their professional experience and practical skills through participation in traineeships. As a result of the internship, participants will overcome one of the problems on the labour market, i.e. lack of current professional experience.All participants will also take part in workshops of social competences, which aim to overcome personality barriers that hinder functioning in professional life. In turn, they will help the participants to refresh their knowledge and gain effective job search skills.The project also includes an active role as a job intermediary in searching for job offers, associating employers and project participants.The main results of the project include preparation of IPD for 225 people, 158 people covered by vocational training, 100 people who will take part in professional internships, employment efficiency 30-39 %.
