The aim of the project is to strengthen the development of gospods. Ako, employment and professional activity through the creation of 105 new, sustainable enterprises, including at least 15 % of companies operating in sectors with the highest development potential and/or strategist industries for Wielkopolska (within smart specialisation). The objective will be achieved by implementing in the period 01.05.2017 to 30.04.2019 a series of actions for 120 people (70K/50M) in the area of AKO aged over 29 – unemployed, inactive for one of the groups: disabled, long-term unemployed, women with low qualifications and after 50 years of age.Main actions:1) Diagnosis of professional competences – assessment of the predisposition of persons. candidates/ek to independently run the department. gosp., as well as the level of knowledge and skills necessary for the independent running of the company2) Training and advice prepared for the start of department. 12 groups x 10os x 80h training; consulting individuals in the field of business plans, legal aspects, accounting and marketing.(4hrs.x120os)3) granting 95 non-refundable investment grants for the establishment of a department. gosp. for people with the best results of the assessment of business plans (76 % of participants of the project),4) support bridge. in the form of specialist school advisory services. (individuals and groups.) for 95 new projects during the first 12 months of the company’s operation.The project will be implemented in partnership with the Kaliski Foundation Business Incubator (KIP) and Ostrowski Industrial Park (OPP). Both KIP and OPP are supportive institutions in the area of the AKO and the entire Kalisz subreg. in response to the existing and reported needs for aid in the field of establishment and start-up of the department. gosp., obtaining financial sources of investment and development of the department.
