The project is addressed to 64 people from the districts of Jarocin, Pilecki, Śrem, Śrem and Wrzesiński. The support will include redundant persons, persons expected to be dismissed or at risk of dismissal due to non-employee reasons, as a result of restructuring, adaptation and modernisation processes of enterprises and persons leaving agriculture.Each participant will receive individual support from a professional advisor, resulting in a selection of support paths tailored to the needs and opportunities of the participant. Everyone will be able to benefit from one or more forms of support specified in the project.The participant will be able to acquire new qualifications or professional competences by participating in courses and trainings that are compatible with current labour market needs and which allow them to function more efficiently in their professional life.The selected participants will be able to acquire new or update their professional experience and practical skills through participation in traineeships. As a result of the internship, participants will overcome one of the problems on the labour market, i.e. lack of current professional experience.The participants will be able to apply for grants for starting a business activity. 14 participants will receive financial support, who will have the best and most interesting business ideas. The project will also include the active role of a job intermediary in searching for job offers, bringing together employers and project participants.The main results of the project include the preparation of the IPD for 64 people, 44 people covered by vocational training, 8 people who will take part in professional traineeships, 14 people who will receive grants, 50 % of participants who will maintain or gain employment after the project.
