The subject is to support professional activity of employees through medical rehabilitation in the Rehabilitation Centre of the District Hospital in Rawicz Sp. z o.o. The project will be implemented in the Wielkopolska Voivodeship in 6 powiats: Rawic, Gostin, Krotoszyn, Leszczyński, Kościan and Ostrów, and in the town of Leszno from 01.11.2018 to 31.10.2021 The project will be covered by 972 people. 584 women aged 50-59, 388 men aged 50-64.The main objective of the project is to inhibit or reduce the effects of disease processes concerning skeletal, musculoskeletal and connective tissue disorders among the inhabitants of the above-mentioned districts aged 50-59 years for women and 50-64 years for men through health and educational activities.The target group for prevention and rehabilitation activities will be the population of people. 50 years of age (K-50-59; M-50-64), professionally active and inhabiting the above-mentioned districts and with diseases of bone-articular, musculoskeletal and connective tissue. Support will be covered by 972 people. Within the scope of inf.-prom. activities, the target group will be the inhabitants of these counties with a special area. 50 years old. The project plans to implement the following activities: medical consultations, individual therapy, health education classes and recreational and sports activities. The project is in line with the thematic objective of the CSF “Promoting sustainable and high quality employment and supporting labour mobility”, and the above actions will directly contribute to achieving the result indicator “Number of people who have taken up work or continued employment after leaving the programme” – 195 people. The actual effects of the project will be the number of people covered by the health programme through the ESF – 972 people and the number of health programmes implemented relevant to the region’s health needs, including employers -1 programme.
