The subject of the project will be to carry out comprehensive and customised actions in the field of social inclusion and activation aimed at people and groups at risk of poverty and exclusion.The measures to be implemented are described in tab.3.4 and respond to the causes of problems identified in tab.3.5.2.:In particular: IAZ- KIS, CIS, work training, traineeships and practical learning incl. answer the causes of problems set out in: 1.1, 1.2, 1.4, 2.1 and 2.2- indy. and group consulting incl. — in point. 1.1, 1.4;IAS – Individual and group support psycho. and legal, personal and general workshops, support groups, therapy and psychotherapy – in point. 1.4, 2.1, 2.2 and 3.1,- streetworking and assistant to a homeless person – in point. 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3;- OSL – in point. 4.1.- Social Work. — in point. 1.4, 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3;IAE- odds incl. — in point. 1.3,- couching and edu broker. — in point. 1.5- Practical science incl. — in point. 1.2 and 1.3,Most of the project activities will be implemented independently by partners employing staff on a contract of employment or civil law contract or by self-employed in the form of subcontracting. Courses will be carried out as an order by entities selected as contractors in accordance with the rules set out in the eligibility guidelines.The socij work will be conducted by Socij employees. MOPR as part of additional tasks and rewarded in the form of monthly allowances and employees soc. PS and ETAP employed on an employment contract.The project office will be run by MOPR in P-nia.Participation in individual activities will be equally open to representatives of both sexes. Partners will ensure that the forms of support offered to participants do not perpetuate stereotypes about gender roles and genders. All people involved in the project and subcontractors will be informed about the need to respect the principles of equal opportunities and familiar with the pub. discussing the principles of equal implementation of the community project.
